Frequent questions and answers
When placing an order, you can choose between delivery via GLS courier service or personal pickup. If you opt for personal pickup, please contact us at info@luxerentbylk.com to arrange the date and time. Pickup is available by prior arrangement at Novo Polje cesta III 11a in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
If you received the bag via the GLS delivery service, please pack the bag in its original packaging, attach the free return label included in the package, and hand the package over to the GLS Parcel Shop or GLS Parcel Locker.
If you opted for personal pickup, please return the bag in its original packaging to the same address where you collected it (Novo Polje cesta III 11a). For the return time, please contact us at info@luxerentbylk.com.
If you miss your return date, please notify us as soon as possible at info@luxerentbylk.com. Each delayed day will incur a fee of 125% of the daily rental price for the bag.
If you stain or damage the products, please notify us at info@luxerentbylk.com. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will inform you of any repair or cleaning costs.
In the event that the bag is destroyed or lost, the full purchase value of the bag, as listed on the product page, will be charged.

Currently we ship to Slovenia and Croatia.
